One Person Technologies will be at Seamless Middle East 2026, taking place from 22 to 24 September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. You will find us at Pod SE31.
We are a UAE-established technology company that works with businesses worldwide on practical AI, automation and intelligent systems. Seamless is our first event under the One Person Technologies name, and we are attending to have specific conversations rather than to make a general announcement.
Why digital commerce
Our work is built around one idea: technology should multiply what people can accomplish. Commerce operations are an unusually good place to see why that matters. Behind every order sits a chain of repetitive, cross-system, document-heavy and approval-heavy work: order capture, fulfilment coordination, invoicing, returns, refunds, supplier correspondence, customer queries, reconciliations. Much of it moves between an e-commerce platform, an ERP, a CRM, a support desk and an inbox, with people re-keying and chasing in between.
That is exactly the shape of work where one well-designed system changes what a team can handle. Deterministic automation moves the routine cases. AI reads the messages and documents that do not fit a template. People decide the exceptions and the commitments that matter. The result is a team operating with far more capability than its size would suggest, with people spending their time on judgement rather than re-keying.
The conversations we are looking for
We are interested in meeting operators and leaders who recognise their business in one or more of these areas.
- Order-to-cash. Orders, confirmations, invoicing, payment matching and dunning that still involve manual steps between systems.
- Returns and exceptions. Refunds, damaged goods, partial deliveries and disputes that currently rely on email threads and judgement calls.
- Customer service. High volumes of repetitive enquiries where triage, drafting and system lookups could be handled before a person is involved. See our approach to customer support.
- Sales operations. Lead handling, quoting and CRM hygiene for teams selling to businesses.
- Finance and documents. Supplier invoices, purchase orders and statements arriving as PDFs and emails. See finance and document operations.
- Cross-system workflows. Any process that only works because someone copies data from one platform into another. See cross-system workflows.
If you are not sure which of these applies, that is a fine starting point too. Many of the best conversations begin with “we know there is something here, but we do not know where to start”.
What to expect at the pod
A short, direct discussion about how your operations work today and where a system could take on the volume. We will say plainly where we think AI is the right answer, where deterministic automation is better, and where a process change is the honest recommendation. Where it is useful, we can follow up with an AI Leverage Call after the event.
Details, directions and a way to arrange a meeting in advance are on our Seamless Middle East 2026 page. We look forward to meeting you at Pod SE31.
