These terms apply to your use of this website, published by One Person Technologies FZ-LLC (“One Person Technologies”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short and proportionate to what the site is: a place to learn about our work and get in touch.

What this website is, and is not

The content on this site describes our services, our approach and our thinking. It is general information, not advice tailored to your business, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of one unless that agreement says so.

Example workflows, demonstrations and illustrations describe what systems of a given kind can do. They are not statements about results achieved for any client, and we do not publish client names, testimonials or performance figures unless they are real and approved for publication.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not promise that every statement is complete or error-free, and we may change the site at any time without notice. Insights articles reflect our views at the time of writing.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, diagrams, design and code of this site belong to One Person Technologies or are used with permission. You may view, share links to, and quote short extracts of the content with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, or use our name or branding, without our written consent. Third-party names and product families mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively.

Enquiries and scheduling

Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. We may decline to respond to enquiries that are abusive, automated, or unrelated to our work. Our handling of the information you send is described in the privacy notice. Scheduling links, when enabled, lead to a third-party service governed by its own terms.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites where it is useful, including event organisers and scheduling providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any related system, and not to use automated tools to submit enquiries or scrape content at volume.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
