Privacy notice.

Last updated 11 September 2026

This notice explains what information One Person Technologies FZ-LLC (“One Person Technologies”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, email hello@oneperson.tech.

Who we are

One Person Technologies is a technology company established in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and we work with businesses worldwide. For the purposes of this website we are the party responsible for how your information is handled.

Information we collect

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, work email address, company, an optional company website, an optional area of interest, and your message. We also record technical context that helps us understand how you found us: the page you landed on, the page the form was sent from, campaign parameters in the address (such as UTM values), the referring website domain where your browser provides it, and whether the enquiry came from an event page. We do not collect your telephone number and we do not ask about budgets.

Scheduling

If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by our scheduling provider under its own privacy terms. We receive the details you enter when booking (typically your name, email address and any notes). We will name the provider on this page once online scheduling is enabled.

Essential technical data

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. Raw IP addresses are not stored as part of your enquiry record. On the enquiry endpoint we use a short-lived, one-way hashed form of the IP address to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses may exist temporarily in infrastructure and security logs (for example web-server and network-protection logs), which are kept only for as long as needed to operate and secure the service.

Analytics

This website does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this notice first and, where required, ask for your consent before any such tool runs.

Why we use it

  • To read and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare for a conversation you have asked for.
  • To understand which pages, campaigns or events lead people to contact us, so we can improve what we publish.
  • To keep the website secure and available, including limiting automated abuse of the enquiry form.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

How long we keep it

We normally keep enquiry information for up to 24 months from the date you submit it, and we may delete it sooner once it is no longer needed to respond to you. If your enquiry develops into an active customer or business relationship, the relevant information may instead be kept under the records policy that applies to that relationship. We may also keep information for longer where that is reasonably necessary to meet a legal, regulatory, accounting, security or dispute-related obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that support hosting, secure storage, email delivery and, when enabled, scheduling, and only to the extent needed for that purpose. If you contact us from an event page, we do not pass your details to the event organiser. Where we use providers located outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately.

Your choices

  • You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal reason we must keep it.
  • You can withdraw from any conversation at any time by telling us.
  • You can email us instead of using the form; the same handling applies.

To exercise any of these, email hello@oneperson.tech. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry information is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not promise otherwise, but we treat your information with care.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes, such as introducing analytics or a new scheduling provider, will be reflected here before they take effect.
