Questions about this service

How do we know we need a custom system rather than a product?

If a packaged product fits your operation, we will recommend it, possibly with integration and automation around it. A custom system is justified when the process is core to how you compete, when packaged tools force damaging workarounds, or when the mix of AI, approvals and integrations is not available off the shelf.

How long does it take to have something in use?

The delivery plan is phased so the first workflow reaches the operations team early, usually through the sprint stage, rather than waiting for a complete system. Later phases extend the system while the first is already producing value.

Who owns the system once it is built?

You do. Source code, documentation and infrastructure are handed over, and your team is trained to operate it. Continued involvement from us is optional and focused on optimisation and extension.

Can it work alongside our existing ERP and CRM?

That is the intended design. Your existing platforms remain the systems of record, and the intelligent system coordinates the operation around them through controlled integrations.

How is AI kept reliable inside a system people depend on?
