Questions about this service

Is this AI, or is it traditional automation?

Usually both, and the distinction matters. Rule-based automation is predictable and cheap to run, so it handles every step that can be defined precisely. AI is added only where the input is unstructured or the step needs interpretation, such as reading an email or classifying a document. We tell you which is which.

Our process has many exceptions. Can it still be automated?

Yes, provided exceptions are designed in rather than ignored. The automation handles the standard path, recognises when a case falls outside it, and routes that case to a person with the context to resolve it. Over time, recurring exceptions can become new rules.

Will we depend on you to keep it running?

No. Automations are documented, monitored and handed over so your team can operate them. Ongoing optimisation is available if you want us to keep improving the workflow, but it is a choice rather than a dependency.

What if our systems do not have APIs?

Many older or niche systems still offer exports, database access or file-based integration that can be used reliably. Where a system genuinely cannot be connected, the design places a human step at that boundary and automates everything around it.
